Guests can explore the nearby surrounding towns like Amabalangoda or Bentota, traditional fishing livelihoods of the people or head over to experience the history of the Galle Fort. Guests could venture out for a river cruise in the Madhu river with the local floating market and famous cinnamon trade or can go fishing/snorkeling/diving or in the beautiful Indian ocean. For the adventurous traveler exciting water sports are also available at nearby water sports centers.
